SleepWidgets ("we", "us", or "our") is a completely local-first sleep tracking app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your health data.

1. Information We Collect

With your explicit permission, SleepWidgets reads the following data from Health Connect:

• Sleep sessions (duration, stages, awake time)
• Heart rate data (resting and sleeping heart rate)

All data is processed and stored **only on your device** using a local Room database. We never send any data to our servers, third parties, advertisers, or analytics services.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data solely to:

• Calculate your nightly Sleep Score (Fitbit-style)
• Show sleep stages, trends, and insights on your home-screen widgets
• Provide personalized restoration metrics

3. Data Storage & Security

All your sleep and heart-rate data stays on your device. There are no cloud backups, no servers, and no data transmission over the internet.

4. Data Sharing

We do **not** share, sell, or disclose your data to anyone.

5. Your Rights

You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings screen ("Delete all my data"). Once deleted, the data is permanently removed from your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

SleepWidgets is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of any material changes within the app.
